The Thrive Patient Portal provides you, our valued patient, with online access to your health information whenever you need it.

The St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital Patient Portal is an online health electronic document management tool that includes a view of clinical data from your Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

The clinical data on the Patient Portal includes:

  • Test results
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Immunizations
  • Health Issues

How do I access medical records with health apps?

To access medical records with a mobile app requires a patient portal account linked to Thrive Patient Portal. If you do not have an account, please contact the Medical Records Department at 706-356-7835. Your medical records in Thrive may be linked to the following apps:

  • Apple Health Records
  • Coral Health
  • Fluency Emersive
  • Sharp
  • Sync for Science Test Suite

These mobile apps give you the ability to view some of your medical records on a smartphone or tablet.

How do I connect my medical record with an app?

To access your record online you need a patient portal account that is linked to Thrive Patient Portal. If you do not have access, please contact the Medical Records Department at 706-356-7835

While St. Mary’s Health Care System has allowed a link to our portal from these apps, the apps are not owned or supported by St. Mary’s Health Care System.
